Nursery Practitioner (Supply Hours)

We are currently recruiting both Level 2 & 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our temporary supply team here at Manaba to work in a variety of day nurseries and early years settings in and around Southampton, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Totton & the New Forest. Hours vary between 7:30 - 18:00.

The beauty of temporary supply work is that it can fit around your availability, and because you manage your diary via our online App, you can choose the days and hours that you want to work and easily see your pre booked shifts. Many of our clients also like to book staff on a regular, longer term basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will have a good understanding of child development and supporting children in achieving their developmental milestones through a "learning through play" approach

• Possess a thorough understanding of the EYFS

• Prioritising safeguarding, and contributing towards a positive culture of equality

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification

• DBS Enhanced Disclosure that is on the Update Service, or you must be willing to apply for a new one

• We must be able to obtain at least two relevant employment and/or academic references, including your most recent employer

• You will be reliable, enthusiastic, creative and honest

• Have the ability to engage with all children
