How quickly can you provide emergency cover?
For morning cover, call us by 7:30am and we'll have someone with you for registration. For afternoon cover, we typically need 2 hours notice. Our 24/7 line means you can also book cover the evening before.
Do your supply teachers follow our planning?
Absolutely. Our teachers are briefed to follow your schemes of work and planning. We encourage schools to provide plans, but our experienced staff can also deliver effective lessons independently if needed.
What about safeguarding and compliance?
Every member of staff has an enhanced DBS check, verified references, and up-to-date safeguarding training. We provide all documentation before placement and maintain a comprehensive single central record.
Can we request the same supply teachers?
Yes! We encourage consistency. If a supply teacher works well in your school, we'll prioritize them for your future bookings. Many schools have regular supply staff who know their systems and pupils.
