Early Years Educator – Full Time (Hedge End)

Are you looking for a new role in early years? Manaba are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the friendly team at a large, independent day nursery in Hedge End. This vibrant setting cares for up to 82 children each day, across three age groups.

We currently have opportunities available in all areas due to maternity leave and increased demand for places.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position, working an average of 37.5 hours per week.A unique rotating shift pattern allows for a great balance of early finishes and later starts:

Our nursery is open all year round, closing only on bank holidays and for one week at Christmas.

About You

You’ll be an enthusiastic team player with a genuine love for early years care and education. Ideally, you’ll hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, and have experience working within a nursery or similar childcare setting.

Most importantly, you’ll bring kindness, energy, and creativity to everything you do — helping our little ones thrive and grow.
