We're on the lookout for passionate and experienced individuals eager to make a difference as SEN Learning Support Assistants across various age groups and requirements.

If you've worked in the care sector and are now seeking school hours from Monday to Friday, this could be your perfect opportunity. Your role will be pivotal in supporting children with diverse disabilities, including social and communication challenges, autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning hurdles. As part of your responsibilities, you'll collaborate with the class teacher and fellow team members to create an educational experience that is inclusive, enjoyable, and secure for the children.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally, a qualification in Teaching Assistance or Health and Social Care/Care—though not mandatory

• A deep enthusiasm and comprehension of special educational needs

• The ability to assist children aged 4-11 years

• An Enhanced Level DBS

• At least two satisfactory employment references, with one from your most recent employer

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay between £14.00 per hour - £15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
