Early Years Practitioner (Supply Cover)

Are you an experienced Nursery Nurse looking for flexible working hours? Plus weekly pay!

We can offer you the chance to join our trusted team of Nursery Nurses to work on a temporary supply basis across nurseries in Southampton and surrounding areas. With shifts to match your availability, you are in control of when you work via our easy mobile app!

Key Responsibilities:

• To support children aged 0-5 in their early development, using a play-based learning approach

• Attend a variety of different Early Years Settings in your area to provide assistance with the day to day running of the nursery and the children's education.

• Help children reach their developmental milestones while creating a nurturing environment

• Prioritize safeguarding and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm

What you'll need:

• Ideally you will hold a Level 2 / 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)

• Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure or be willing to apply for one

• At least 6 months of experience working with children aged 0-5

• Flexibility! We welcome both full-time and part-time availability as hours vary between 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
